Cookie Policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This page explains how OZ Prep Services (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on ozprepservices.com, and how that matches the on-site cookie banner.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember preferences, and (where you allow them) understand how the site is used.
How we use cookies
- Essential cookies — required for security, session management, CSRF protection, and core site features. These are necessary for the website and enquiry forms to work.
- Form protection (reCAPTCHA) — on quote and contact forms we may load Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam. This supports form integrity and is treated separately from marketing analytics.
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics (GA4) helps us understand traffic and page performance. These load only after you Accept non-essential cookies.
- Advertising / remarketing cookies — Meta Pixel may be used for ads measurement. These load only after you Accept.
- Live chat — Tawk.to chat may load only after you Accept.
Your choices
On your first visit (and whenever you reopen preferences) you will see a cookie banner with:
- Accept — allows analytics, Meta Pixel and live chat to initialise.
- Reject non-essential — keeps those tools disabled. Essential site functions continue.
Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage) and respected on later visits. You can change it anytime via Cookie preferences in the site footer, or by clearing site data in your browser.
Lead conversion events (for example GA4 generate_lead and Meta Lead) only run
after a successful enquiry is saved on our server, and only when non-essential cookies have been accepted.
Managing cookies
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the website work (for example forms and login sessions).
